Our Returns Explained

Where can I return my item or order to?

We currently have 1 location where you can return your items to, which is as follows:

How do I return my item or order?

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, and you wish to return an item or your order to us, you have a few options available to you. We ask if you are returning items, you are doing so within the following guidelines:

  • 1. The item(s) have not been installed
  • 2. The item(s) are still in their original packaging
  • 3. The item(s) are returned as new
  • 4. If you require a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of the delivery/collection date.

If you meet all of the above criteria, you can return your items to us, but to do so, you will need to arrange this with our customer care team. The best way to do this is calling us on 0845 1630170 or email customerservice@jtpickfords.com

Unfortunately, we don't cover the cost of returning items back to us, but we can arrange collection of the items for you for a charge, which will be deducted from your refund or credit amount.

Received a Faulty/Defective Item?

If you require a refund because you believe you have received a defective or faulty product, simply take some pictures or record a video of the products you have an issue with and send them directly to our customer care team - customerservice@jtpickfords.com or call us on 0845 1630170 quoting your order number and a description of the problem.

Once our customer care team have reviewed your submission, if the product(s) are found to be faulty, we will arrange a refund or exchange for you.
